1. Overview

By accessing or using this website or engaging Keeled for consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or engage our services.

2. Services

Keeled provides operational consulting, supply chain advisory, and related business services. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement between the parties.

3. No guarantees

We do our best work on every engagement. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or other performance metrics. Consulting advice is provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in each engagement agreement. Invoices are due on the date specified. Late payments may result in paused work.

5. Intellectual property

Work product created specifically for a client under a paid engagement belongs to the client upon full payment. General frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed independently remain the property of Keeled.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to keep any proprietary Keeled materials confidential as well.

7. Limitation of liability

Keeled's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
